In Gibralter PA you will come across this 2.3 mile scenic flat trail with crushed stone, cinder and gravel.  But don’t let that fool you as it is 2 miles of beautiful forestry and fauna.  The trail winds along the north bank of the Schuylkill River and runs into the Klapperthal Trail at the base of Neversink Mountain.  Taking this walk during the peak fall season can fill your senses with colors and smells of fresh pine and leaves, but don’t just wait until fall, this trail will delight even the casual walker with its charm and beauty.
